I absolutely like nothing about Beijing Ruyi Business Hotel. The room was not clean and the housekeeper was doing less than the basics.. On the first night we ordered coffee in our room and those cups were unclean and on the same spot as we left them until our check-out day! Noone from the staff knew or understand english and it is totally unacceptable especially for the reception and information desk. The hotel is located far away from the centre or at least from the areas where the sites are and this resulted our biggest expense to be taxi transfers! For sure this hotel will not leave many custumers satisfied.

Last week, my family and I had a nine night stay in a hotel located in a Beijing neighborhood. Although it was not close to the tourist areas, we enjoyed the local atmosphere with plenty of shops and restaurants. the hotel staff was friendly and always ready to help, even when we had issues with the internet connection in our room. the hotel also had a variety of breakfast options that were better than what we expected from a business hotel.

The beds were incredibly hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Spacious and clean rooms with all necessary facilities. Convenient location with close proximity to subway station and easy access to public transportation.

Language barrier with reception staff, causing issues during check, in. Hard bed and leaking walk, in shower were a minor inconvenience.

During my Xmas stay in this hotel, I appreciated the smooth check-in process and the clean room provided. The hotel's location was convenient and gave a good sense of the local neighbourhood, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a lively atmosphere in the evenings.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay, such as the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room, the lack of control over the room temperature due to a broken thermostat, and the slow check out process. I was not pleased with the hotel's strict policy of counting towels before check out either.
